How to Return an Item:
Full-priced purchases (except the items listed below) can be returned within 7 days after the shipment arrival date.
Socks, beanies, hats, masks, and bandanas are not returnable due to hygiene considerations. All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and not returnable.
NOTE:
Returned items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and protective packing. All returns are subject to examination before a refund is issued. Returns that do not satisfy the aforementioned requirements or are damaged in transit may not be reimbursed.
To return an item(s) for a refund, simply send it to the address listed below, together with a copy of the order confirmation email and a written explanation of why the item(s) are being returned. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund in the form of the original payment. Except for damaged or wrongly dispatched items, we cannot reimburse original shipping expenses or return shipment costs.
Card companies often take 0 to 5 days to reimburse the payment to your account. However, it may take two or three billing cycles for the refund to appear on your printed credit card statement. Please contact your credit card company.
If you want to check about the status of your return, please supply us with the tracking number issued by your mail carrier as well as the order number.
Returning a Defective or Inaccurate Item:
If you received a damaged or inaccurate item, please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt, including your purchase number and photographs of the damaged or erroneous item(s). We will reimburse or refund your return shipping costs. Refunded shipping expenses will be for normal USPS first class or international carrier equivalent only, and will not exceed the total shipping amount charged to the client when the purchase was placed. Packages returned via fast shipment will not receive a full postage refund.

Exchanges:
We are currently unable to offer exchanges due to our shifting inventory. If you want to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and purchasing a new one to replace it.
